  All items come with a 1-year warranty. During the warranty period, our factory offers free replacement service. Beyond warranty, spare parts and paid maintenance are available, and technical support is provided throughout the after-sales process.

• 3. What is your standard lead time for bulk orders?

  Sample orders ship within 3 days. Bulk orders are ready for shipment in about one to two weeks.
